important note: This recording has sometimes been identified as Atlanta Pop Festival 1969.
My research leads me to believe that this recording is most likely from the 1969 Atlantic City Festival that
bears a similar sounding name. I have been unable to uncover any evidence that
Procol actually played the first Atlanta festival in 1969. There is irrefutable evidence that Procol
played the Atlantic City Festival (1969) and also the second Atlanta Pop Festival (1969).
Indeed, the covers for this show utilize memorabilia from the Atlantic City Pop Festival.
If anyone has evidence to the contrary, or other information, please be good enough to bring it to my attention.
