An early show of Mott The Hoople, one of my favorite bands ever. Probably one of the most unappreciated bands of all time. This particular show was one of the best concerts I ever saw, absolutely electric! It was held just prior to the release of "Mott", which is probably their best selling and most commercial album. The New York Dolls opened this concert, too bad their set never surfaced. Anyway, the sound on this show is just so-so, but it is listenable especially considering it's age. There is a slight cut in the middle of Ready For Love, a tape flip after Memphis and a hiccup in the beginning of the medley. Enjoy
