Well, this here is one I'd not listened to in AGES, and to find a CD of it was rather a surprise. No music here, really, but some hilarious commentary by our boys (esp. Big Tits Across America), along with snippets of the infamous Grundy TV show, Sid's ruminations on life, ads, interviews, etc. etc..

For completists only, I guess...but really anyone with a working knowledge of that time (1977-78) might just enjoy it too, along with Sex Pistols fanatics of course. Actually, I find it more enjoyable than Rock & Roll Swindle (the film), now that I think about it, and it was an instant purchase for me when it showed up at my local music shoppe back then. It definitely meant something, but I'm not sure what. Oh what the hell, it's an historical document and has some serious laughs if you let it, so go ahead and download why doncha? Hee hee...

For me, in sum, it was truly enjoyable to listen to again, and its funny but now I realize how much this record informed my high school vocabulary back then...but I'll leave that one there ;)

"Elvis Costello...wears glasses with no actual glass in them" - Steve Jones

"Shut up!" - Paul Cook

"He's grownup and they're kids so how can they compete? - Sid Vicious

"I'd like to see the record companies blown up in the morning" - John Rotten

all tracks checked and reported as "ok"; all logs, CUE sheet, info are included; as always, no artwork due to too much listening to punk rock in America during the late seventies.

please enjoy and share losslessly :)
