New label, new look, new sound. Presumably, the label thought that teaming the band with Todd Rundgren would give them the exposure (and possibly, recognition) they deserved. Unfortunately, you get a record that sounds like another Todd Rundgren project. For instance, "Faded Dream" sounds more like a McCartney throwaway than a Rubinoos track.
