Art Garfunkel gives his "deepest thanks to Mitchell Cohen at Columbia for the concept of this album." But what is the concept? It contains everything from the original Simon And Garfunkel recording of "The Sound of Silence" (from their Wednesday Morning 3 A.M. album) to tracks from previous Garfunkel solo albums, stray songs, apparently intended for albums never made, movie and TV themes, a live performance, and even a comedy routine with Paul Simon called "The Breakup" — you name it. So, perhaps the concept is what The Who called "odds and sods." In any case, it's also marginal.
