Background: I don't know too many details about the history of this recording, but it's possible that it originated from Joan McNulty (Pete Shelley's girlfriend at the time). Apparently she taped much of the 1979 and 1980 tours. However, none of the songs from this recording appear on the "Lest We Forget" live release, so perhaps this tape simply came from someone else who had soundboard access at the club. The show itself is highly recommended - classic Buzzcocks songs, an energetic set and a known lineage. Many thanks to the trader I received this from years ago. He always had great quality shows and I enjoyed our trades over the years.
