issued 2001
from original silver
In 2001, this CD appeared in the collector's market, purporting to be a Tobe Milo issue. Whether it is from the actual people who used to run the Tobe Milo label, or from someone using their name, is unclear. But it is, as the cover states, "the most complete and best quality to date" of this material. These are all the extant takes of "One After 909" from March 5/63 and the session for "Hold Me Tight (remake)" and "Don't Bother Me (remake)" of September 12/63. These recordings had appeared several times in the past, from the Condor CDs to the Yellow Dog "Unsurpassed Masters" and "Ultimate Collection" box set, but never sounding this good, and never unbroken, as they appear here.
Note that the original catalogue number is TMCD-4Q30. The artwork posted on bootlegzone is of a pirated edition released as a digipak, with the number TMCD-8Q30s. It also has a pink sticker on the front cover, saying "Official Tobe Milo Release."
