The ads for Beatlefest that year promised a performance by Badfinger. As it turned out Joey Molland was the only one of the band to make it.
Actually, I have no idea who was in Badfinger at the time. The airline also had lost his guitar so he was playing with a borrowed guitar and was
backed by a local Beatle tribute band (who's name unfortunately is lost in my memory). It ended up being a short 30 minute performance of
Rock oldies and a few Badfinger tunes. What the hell, I enjoyed it.......
