After listening to this flawless, seemless recording you'll agree that that The Man is Back, or at least he was on May 25th. It seems that when the TV cameras and radio microphones are rolling, Van brings his "A" game. This will join the 12/17/95 show as a classic. Perfect production. Perfect microphone placement. Great musicianship, and great soul.
