"rmd: The camaraderie of this session and the good humored atmosphere are rarely equalled anywhere.
It doesn't sound like two of the greatest poets and voices of the 20th century on this CD; it sounds like a couple of midly drunken factory
workers after a particularly long shift, staring into the face of a weekend with razor stubble, a bottle of whiskey, and a dollar or two.
And that's why it's good."

Lineage: Legendary Tape/Great Source/ Myths, Stories and Legends: Silver: Vaio Bluray: Easy CD-DA Extractor using direct single pass to Flac: HC (freedom)

This is one of the must have classic studio recordings of outtakes that's not been on HC since the crash/flood many moons ago.
I'm guessing that most people have this but it probably should be here on HC for those newcomers and those who do not and are too scared to ask!!!!!
I like to think of us as the archive of all important things (except food for my fridge oviously!!!!!)

It's easy to think - oh, everyone must have that so I won't upload - but I was looking through the tracker and everyone got excited about Completely
Unplugged a few years ago which is another one that you assume everyone has. I think alot of things disappeeared with the crash/floood so this one's coming
home.

Anyway, back to the Sessions disk.

It's fabulous quality, totally mad and SO VERY VERY very HAPPY!!!!!!!!
If anything's designed to bring a smile when there's no food in the fridge and the beer's warm it's Johnny and Bob singing their hearts out.
Dance around the living room, no one's watching!!!! And doesn't Bob sound FANTASTIC?!

GFNC made it through to Skyline but the version here IMHO has a little bit different compared to the SACD release (although
it's probaby that I have adjusted over the years to the sound of the tape ssss!)

The Johnny Carson Show ABC TV recordings are retained and fit well with this greats set.

I've adjusted the artwork and files to remove the quad mixes which were used as extras and are commercially available elsewhere
(thanks Luis and all who helped sort out the best way forward.)
This is the different Spank variant with alternative artwork on the CD, all scanned at high res 300DPI. I have included and edited where necessary
Version A Spank artwork because it has a liner which you may want for certain jewel cases and it also has a fun insert. The two alternative scans are marked
LR as they are low reslution because I do not have the originals.

If you do not have this, "this one's for you"
