This comes from a festival show over two days in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania.
Also on the billing over the two days were ZERO, BIG BROTHER & THE HOLDING COMPANY,
Randy Hansen, Richie Havens, JEFFERSON STARSHIP (Kantner, Cassidy, Balin), and many
others.

This is SPIRIT near the end of their career, the last show being on November 24, 1996 in Ocala, FL. In 1996, it became difficult for some of the normal backing musicians (Scott Monahan, Liberty, Mike Nile) to tour outside of the West Coast, due to professional and personal commitments. This forced Randy to hire professional "pick up" musicians, for lack of a better term, to allow them to play out of the area gigs.

Includes a very rare performance of "Mechanical World".
