NOTES
This disc looks very official but I’m guessing that this is not an approved recording making it a very official looking bootleg. Track 1 to 7 represents the complete Tyrannosaurus Rex performance for John Peels Sunday Show. Family were originally booked to do this show but Roger Chapman was taken I’ll with flue and was unable to sing so Family did just a couple of mainly instrumental tracks with Tyrannosaurus Rex Filling in at short notice for rest of the show with this live performance. The rest of the songs on this CD are BBC Session tracks from after they changed their name to T Rex.

The recording quality is excellent and unlike all the official recordings of the Tyrannosaurus Rex concert this recording is complete performance, completely unedited with John Peel’s intro and all the chat between songs by Marc Bolan and John Peel. This recording is as good in quality as any official release and is the only complete unedited version I have ever found in this quality. This recording has been tested as lossless using Cool Edit Pro and is complete with full scans of the disc and artwork.
