The Sanremo Festival is an istitution in Italy....is an artists musical competion started in 1950 and going on every year. The festival had been broadcast on tv and on the radio every year. Well, in the sixties there was not real FM yet but a radio called Filodiffusione, cause it was working through a cable reaching your house.....Filodiffusione reception was often really bad, but this recording, if you consider the age and from what source was done is excellent.....many of you probably never heard Questa Volta with extended lyrics because it was only sung with these lyrics at the Sanremo festival.
