This is the best circulating version of Eat the Document to date. This version first circulated the summer before 'No Direction Home' was shown on PBS and released on DVD.

Significantly better video quality than the popular and widely distributed 'Watchdog' commercial bootleg.

There is an authored version sourced from this 'Sony In-House Edition' which is inferior to this unauthored version due to the video re-encoding that was done at the time of the addition of chapters and menus.

This is the clearest and sharpest transfer of ETD that is available at this time.
