This is early WTBS, even before Ted Turner founded CNN, when the station was
mostly a nationwide cable channel like WGN in Chicago. They did a few local Atlanta
concerts, and this is one of them. If you lived in Atlanta (I was in Baltimore), then
you got the concert simulcast on FM radio as well. This readily shows all the faults
in early analog concert recordings. Depending on the camera angle, some angles look
fantastic, while others look like crap with scope bars and grain. It is what it is.
