The quality is good for something recorded back in 1983. It was shown in two parts in 1983, both parts are included. The program would start with the musicians already playing a song in progress, so nothing is missing from the beginning. This is a great show with Spencer Davis and Dave Mason conversing with each other and playing on each other's songs. They talk about such things as Dave Mason's favorite cover of "Feelin' Alright" (Joe Cocker's version) and how the future members of Traffic all played on "I'm a Man." We also get to hear Jim Krueger talk about what inspired him to write "We Just Disagree." Dave Mason also talks his early days of performing and also about the friction between him and the other members of Traffic and how he couldn't handle the success.
