JEMS master recording. This is an excellent sounding recording and performance. Everything that endeared Patti Smith to the rock critics and her fans is on display here at this show. It is a real high energy show with an extremely rowdy and raucous audience this night. Never one to shy away from anarchy Patti Smith adeptly handles the handle between song with some memorable between song banter between her and the audience that is as entertaining as the music itself. Be-Bop Deluxe was also on the bill this night.
