HUSSEY REMASTER

Seems like I have saved the best for last. David Hussey has done some of the best remastering jobs that anyone has ever produced. if you were lucky enough to get his Springsteen Nassau Coliseum show, then you know what I am talking about. It's probably the best sounding "boot" ever made. I'll try to throw that on the tracker later this week. But back to this show.
When I first seeded this show I could not find my original tape so I borrowed DADDY 515 original master tape and converted it to CD. A short while later I found my own original tape and converted that to CD. David Hussey had contacted me about remastering one of my other tapes and I sent this to him to work his magic. What you are about to download is the result. DADDY 515 used Maxell XL 11 tapes for his recordings while I preferred the much "hotter" TDK-SA's. Just a matter of personal choice, but I like the high end to really scream.
If you have the original version, I urge you to grab this and hear the difference. If you don't have this show and you are a Police fan, then get ready to give your ears a treat as you listen to one of the best sounding Police shows ever recorded.

The Police were so good that the audience would not let them leave and as you will hear Sting explain, they ran out of songs to perform so they played "Can't Stand Losing You" twice. The final encore is a killer. Enjoy this one and I'll be back later in the week with my Rockpile stash.

Special thanks to JAYDEE for his original artwork for all the POLICE shows and to Easymusic who had most of them saved from my last go around.

NOTE: The artwork for this show will say that the source is DADDY 515's master but that is incorrect. His was the source for the original posting, not the remaster.
