I'm happy to be able to get this up here for everyone. Not enough of this stuff on Dime, I say.

Now the second part of the celebration. The first part can be found here:

The real highlight for me was the transcendent version of the seminal 1964 minimalist kick-starter, In C. A very inspired and moving performance.

PART TWO:

Program:

3 November 2012 (evening):

John Cage - 4'33" (Bang On A Can All-Stars)
9-4_33.flac

Kate Moore - Ridgeway (2010) (Bang On A Can All-Stars)
10-kate_intro.flac
11-Ridgeway.flac

Louis Andriessen - Worker's Union (1975) (Bang On A Can All-Stars)
12-Workers_union-intro.flac
13-Workers_union.flac

Terry Riley - In C (1964) (Bang On A Can All-Stars / Ensemble Offspring)
14-in_C-intro-tuneup.flac
15-In_C.flac

Total Time: 107:51

For those unfamiliar with Cage's '4'33", it is performed by the musicians sitting in silence, allowing the ambient sound of the space to 'be' the music.

Please share for FREE, don't make lossy versions please, and most of all, enjoy these great concerts!

Cheers,
