Notes:
I did a search and as far as I can tell, this hasn't been upped at dime, at least not recently. According to the Joy Division Bootleg site, there are two recordings circulating and this is the 2nd, pre 2004. This is an incomplete version since it cuts off before She Lost Control ends. That said, the recording itself is not bad not great, somewhere in between IMO. The performance itself is amazing, starting off with a frenzied version of Disorder which bassist, Peter Hook incorpates an interesting sound from his bass guitar. After that there's amazing versions of songs like Colony and Dead Souls, which has Stephen Morris drum playing sounding very tribal. As a bonus , I've added the interview Ian Curtis did with Radio Blackburn from around April 1980. Hope you Joy Division fans enjoy this recording, which is close to it's 30th Anniversary.
