Just a snippet. Mr. Burdon seems to be extremely unfriendly to audience tapers, which I did
not know until a few weeks ago...A friend of mind went to Burdon's show in Bochum/Essen, and
he told me that security checked the in-going audience for recorders ect...all had to be left
out of the venue...LOL...A funny story, I thought, but it gets even better...Here's the only
about 9 mins of Burdon's show at a Hippie-Festival. The original taper told me, that about five
minutes into the set, the security (unlikely wore some shirts with the name STAHLPAKT on them,
which caused many-a-many disbelieving faces...) went out-a-hunting for any tapers, splitting
up recordings and even confisciting the discs from them...Sad story, but true...
Even though I've enjoyed E.B set at Herzberg 2009, I'm not going any further...
