As all of my shares are, these tapes are sourced from my collection. I believe that this will be an upgrade to most who have it. As great as these shows sound, my copies ran very,
very slow. They now sound like they should !

The first of two shows performed on this night. Both sound very nice/excellent. The second one sounding slightly better. Both sets are really great. The crowd is very into the music and are largely quiet during the performance, which makes for some amazing live "fade-outs" . . . in fact, check out the end of "Owed T' Alex" here . . . WOW ! Needless to say, Bruce Fowler is incredible. The Air-Bass is super !

After Don recites " The Dust Blows Forward . ." he tells the crowd how great they are because of the fact that they stayed quiet during the piece for him. ( The version of " Well " from the second show is crazy amazing and again Don lets the crowd know that he thinks they are wonderful. ) HEADS UP . . the "Bass Solo" at the begining of the encore is a little bit loud, seems the taper hit record at the last second. It will not mess up your speakers or whatever, but it is a bit of a jolt ;) ( very thick bass sound ! ).

As with any show in which Don is comfortable, he really lets loose. I think these shows fall into that category. Enjoy.

As always, much thanks to the Taper of these excellent shows and much thanks to all my old trading pals from many years ago.
