Notes

This is one for the audiophiles (or anyone who really appreciates quality). Trust me whan I say this BLOWS AWAY
the EMI CD issue...

This is not my rip, but it is from back in the green devil days by a guy who went by Silverking.
It is the closest thing you or I will ever hear to the original master tape. There are two or three pops that I penciled
out for my copy, but it is presented here exactly as I found it.

The source is a Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab UHQR pressing of Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band.

The development of the Ultra High Quality Record™ in '81 signified the growing importance of the collectors' market. Aimed
at the high-end audiophile, the UHQR was unlike any other LP available in the marketplace. Pressed on specially formulated
200-gram virgin vinyl (known as "Super vinyl"), this superior quality analog phonograph record was limited to 5,000
pressings per title to ensure quality standards. Today, both OMR LPs and UHQRs continue to solicit higher and higher prices
on the collectors' market.

The following info comes from the original torrent...

It was transcribed on an SME20/2 turntable with SME V arm and Koetsu Rosewood Platinum Signature cartridge to a Krell KPE
reference phono amp and on to a Steve Huntley modified Audio Research LS22 tube pre amp. The ADC was an e-mu 0202. All
cables are Grover Silver reference. Monitoring was via an Audio Synthesis DAX Discrete DAC, Krell FPB400cx power amp and
Wilson Benesch and speakers.

This guy has some serious gear!

These are 24 bit 96 khz flacs. Many flac players will not play them (you will have to decode to WAV using Traders Little
Helper or another program) and most burning programs will not burn a standard audio CD from them without downsampling them
to 16/44 first. If you don't know what that means Google it. If this is all too much work for you, you probably won't
want this version anyway.

Enjoy this! It is Stunning!!!
