So a bootlegger walks into Smith's Olde Bar......
After having the dissapointment of finding out that my TASCAM DR-2d took a crap on me during the Orange Goblin set last Wednesday night (I got about the 1st 50 minutes before it shut down after closing a 2G file) I went to my backup recorder while I wait for Sweetwater to send me a new replacement recorder instead of fixing my defective one.
This is my 3rd time seeing Mac and it was a great show! I was not aware that it was also the 14th anniversary of Ronnie lane's untimely passing from MS. The show was not a depressing tribute but was a celebration of his life which ended with the rarely played "Itchycoo Park"..... there was also lots of Mac's friends (including Rick Richards from The Georgia Satellites) and the sound was great to boot!
