Review of sources from "God Save the Sex Pistols" site (GSTSP): http://www.philjens.plus.com/pistols/pistols/pistols_live%20_resource77.htm

GSTSP site indicates copies for this date as "two versions floating around that may be from two different sources."

"Good tape" reviewed on GSTSP site = Boomy. Missing end of Anarchy. Small 1/2 second dropout in Submission.
"Old tape" reviewed on GSTSP site = has complete Anarchy, lots of hiss and incomplete/cuts in EMI.

This source seems to be the "old tape" because:
1) Has complete Anarchy
2) Has EMI with missing segment in the middle at 1:36
3) Has high hiss
3) BUT has the 1/2 second dropout at 3:30 and additional 2 sec dropout at 4:01 in Submission which is indicated on GSTSP review to be found on the "good tape".

If "boomy" on GSTSP review means "bassy", then this source is NOT boomy but distant (hall ambience feel) and shows no artifacts of having had bass reduction applied. In addition, it might be that the 1/2 second dropout indicated on GSTSP on the "good tape" during Submission, should refer to (this) "old tape" instead. This would mean that there are two different recordings altogether.
