Jimi Hendrix
"Margaritas Ante Porcos"
(Collector's disc, September 2011 edit, 1CDR)
Note (September 2011):
The only difference between 2008 and 2011 edits is
track 16. For the 2008 version I used vinyl version
from the "Can You Please Crawl Out Your Window"
bootleg LP.
On this, 2011 version, I used fragment of the ATM
version. The gap at 2.13 is edited differently as well.
Note:
Most of these tracks were never before released on an
other collector's disc. Five tracks from Stockholm, September
4th 1967 are Vibratory's merge avalable here for the first time.
Except Mark J's "Winter Jam Mix" all other edits are mine.
Driving South is transferred from the vinyl boot "Broadcasts"
(Trade Mark of Quality Records) and represents the only
complete version of this take. It was recorded by a fan directly
from the premiere radio brouadcast. All subsequent broadcasts
presented edited version including all official releases to this day.
Like a Rolling Stone (from Hunter College) is included because
it's one of the best versions of the song Jimi ever played (MHO).
