Digitally remastered and expanded edition of this 1989 album from the British rockers. The Godfathers presented hard, crunching, socially-conscious Post Punk-Rock/Pop with a fierce R&B/Mod sensibility. Their three albums offered a powerful antidote to the puffed-up importance of the music scene. By the time the Godfathers released 'More Songs About Love and Hate', they were making waves in America while still seeking chart action back in their home country.

Free Lossless Audio Codec (FLAC) is a file format for audio data compression. Being a lossless compression format, FLAC does not remove information from the audio stream, as lossy compression formats such as MP3, AAC, and Vorbis do.
There are many ways of creating an audio CD from a FLAC file. Most popular burning programmes (Nero, Ashampoo etc) require the FLAC plugin. Some other apps (notably the freeware 'Burrrn') do not. The FLAC files are often accompanied by a CUE sheet that facilitates this process.
To play on your PC, a variety of media Players support FLAC. 'Foobar2000' (freeware) is particularly effective.

I create my FLACs using EAC (Exact Audio Copy) in secure mode. There will be a log from the conversion included in the file.
