A couple of the above offers have been banned for containing two additional tracks (She's A Woman, & Goodbye Porkpie Hat), that are supposedly officially released.

That version has an additional track and is from the Liberated Bootleg "Return Of The Axe Murderer", Images label, where this is from the Liberated Bootleg "Final BBC On The Air", Scarecrow label.
