Notes:
An excellent sounding recording and performance from the band in front of a very respectful audience (no fireworks, and loud excessive crowd/taper commentary on this recording).
The tape does however suffer from a very bizarre issue where all the instruments (except the vocals) come in up front and well defined. It's like the band is playing for the audience on one stage, and Gilmour is playing on another off in the distance. The recording is also sadly incomplete, missing some of the beginning of "Sheep", "Shine On You Crazy Diamond Parts 1-5", and the encore "Money".
The goal of this project was to bring out more of the vocals, and create more of a balanced sound to the recording in both instruments and venue presence and ambience. We felt that the raw tape had too much top end and brightness to it instead of a more balanced sound to it, so we did our best to try and not so much bring it down, but even it out, and play along with the other instruments.
We also corrected major issues that affected the recording, such as the index spaces and clicks in between tracks, and the tape speed was off, originally running way too fast. We've corrected these issues to the best of our abilities.
Hope everyone here will enjoy this.
Cheers!
