Notes

"Straight Ahead Spotlights the Year 1969"
("Straight Ahead" Jimi Hendrix fanzine, audio edition, November 1992, 1MC)

Straight Ahead magazine (dedicated to Jimi Hendrix), except printed editions also issued audio editions in the form of music cassettes. Owner, editor and producer of the magazine and majority of these excellent programs on music cassettes was Steven Roby. Thanks to Hans-Peter Johnsen and a few other dedicated collectors, majority of the audio issues are available in trading circles. This is another transfer of one of Straight Ahead's audio editions (of at least 20). Level of hiss might be slightly higher than we're used to these (digital) days, but it still is an excellent sounding and rare program.
