Saddly there is very little good quality live material from the incredible Patto.
This is a copy of a CD that has been out for some time but was always pitched way to fast (I knocked it back 3%) and
always sounded pretty bad in steroe.
However, get the pitch right and played in mono it brushes up quite well, certainly well enough to be able to
appreciate the astounding playing of Ollie Halsall.
Recorded in 1972, Halsalls technique is years ahead of his contemporaries.
Listen and be prepared to be astounded!
