Here's a brand new Eric Burdon Recording. Quite a suberb one at that.
Since this sounded as good as it does, I did some additional touch up work on this.
The right channel was pushed to the limit, and still remained clear.
The left channel had more head room and was a bit quieter, with frequent high peaks.
I reduced the volume of individual hand claps in both channels and reduced volume of some crowd cheering bewteen songs.
This enabled the left channel to be raised to match the volume of the right channel. Making for a more even playback.
Overall a very enjoyable show, worth cranking up.
Need I mention that Eric Burdon is 73 years old and he hasn't slowed down a bit. His voice still sounds great !!
After doing some research on Eric Burdon, I stumbled upon the story that explains the meaning of the famous "Eggman" mentioned in The Beatles song.
I had no idea... that wild Jamaican girlfriend. HA.
