I downloaded this from the "Via Chicago" tracker in early 2005; it does not appear that the soundboard has ever appeared on DIME before (though Mark Persic's audience recording has). It was coupled with either a poor FM broadcast or lossy webcast from a show in Atlanta in 1997; that has been deleted from this recording.

This set features Wilco's appearance at the West Coast "Fleadh Festival" show (a summer festival sponsored by Guinness, which ran on consecutive weekends in San Jose, Chicago, and New York in summer 1998); it's a festival set (and not a headliner, which explains the length) that relies heavily on material from the upcoming "Mermaid Avenue" collaboration with Billy Brag along with a couple of unreleased tracks that later appeared on "Summerteeth" in 1999. Sound is very good.

Note (June 2012): Tracks 13 through 21 from the original "Via Chicago" 2005 seed have been deleted because they appear to be sourced from a lossy webcast -- and in any case, sound poor and are probably not worth having.
