On October 26 and during another supposed "rest day" the Beatles entered again to the Studio in order to record the last songs for their next album. They began with five takes of Carls Perkins's "Honey Don't" with Ringo on the lead vocals. (Usually John sang the lead vocal on this song.) Take 5 was considered the "best". The song has bass and drums on track 1, John's acoustic guitar and George's electric guitar on track 2 and Ringo's vocal on track 3. A tambourine was overdubbed on to take five. The mix presented here appeared on the mono pressings of the Beatles For Sale LP.
