A wonderful recording and performance, this one rates as one of the best live Who recordings from the 1972 tour. Although it is audience sourced, the band comes through loud and clear with limited audience chatter and noise. There is an echo typical of an audience recording in a relatively large venue. As is mentioned in the source info, the sound quality is slightly lower than the Who Is This LP boot, albeit more complete.
This second source was taken directly from an early cassette recorder (NOT reel to reel) from the master BASF cassette and put to digital audio tape. This second source is not quite as clear as the first source that was put out on vinyl but, this source is complete.
