I'm still working on a daily basis to get all of Ken G.'s tapes transferred and brought to light.
I work on a lot of recordings that i have very little knowledge sometimes of the artist.
Which means i have to figure out song titles and search for other existing sources.
Most of the time Ken's tapes are the only recordings available, making it a lot of fun to bring them to the Dime community.
This gig was on Roger's 47th Birthday and the crowd sings to him.
Recordings from this 1989 tour are somewhat rare.
There are only 2 other recordings that I've seen in circulation from this year.
March 5 and 7, 1989. If anyone has them, please upload them here.
Each show does have a unique set list and this new show is a good example of that.
After a quick tape flip, track 14 cuts in. otherwise this is complete.
The quality is rather nice and close. Roger's Jangling 12 string.
Between songs during quiet spots, you can hear the ventilation system running. That's not tape hiss.
