(Parts of the) Missing BBC Sessions.
1966-68
This torrent contains all the existing BBC session which have not been released on the official "BBC Session" CDs, which includes only the material that has been pressed on transcription discs. From off-air recordings, there are 20 minutes more of material, including other sessions and unreleased tracks from partly released sessions. This torrent fills any gap you have if you have just the official CD. The flac files on the torrent are true mono files based on versions found on "Outtakes and Alternates" and "Disraeli Gears" live, so if you have those, you don't really need this torrent. I just felt the tracks sounded better when put into true mono (with attention to the peaks). I have included a long info files with details about all the sessions, if you want to create a playlist between this and the official CD, and if you want to know what you are missing (lots of stuff, unfortunately).
Sound quality is variable: it's generally good, even very good for off air recordings from the 60s, but some tracks ("Toad", the Joe Loss session) a bit tougher than the others (still very listenable).
