As It was recorded In Mono, I decided to use the best sounding, stronger channel, the other was weak & hissy.
It was left as Stereo ('Not True Stereo') as It sounded better than a Mono mix. 107m15s. 620MB. 4/10.

Lineage:
? (Late 1970's & early 1980's trades) - Hitachi UD C120/Scotch Dynarange C120/TDK C120/TDK AD-C60 x2 - Yamaha KX-393 - Adobe Audition (Adjustments) - CD Wave (Split Tracks) - Wav - Flac.

Personnel
David Bowie (vocals and keyboards)
Carlos Alomar (guitar)
Adrian Belew (guitar)
Dennis Davis (percussion)
George Murray (bass)
Simon House (violin)
Sean Mayes (piano)
Roger Powell (keyboards)

I always thought these recordings should ofsome sort of 'Official' release and being slightly esoteric I thought I'd give them a listen again after so many years.
Let me say these are not the best recordings of the 1978 Stage Tour by a very long way, say 3-5 out of 10 maximum and you should hear the MP3 Samples before deciding to download them.
Obviously there are better versions out there somewhere (?) but these are my copies and are presented here as a very nearly complete Glasgow 1978 Set.
But what they lack in fidelity they have always, somehow (To these ears), nearly make up for in atmosphere - "Singalongabowie"

They were acquired around 1979-80, with the 21st always being the tricky one to get hold of.

The 20th was originally entitled "Ice On The Cages" by me in 1979 or so (See original cassette sleeve jpeg)
I have tried various permutations in Audition to get the best sound, needlesstosay, I can't recall all the details of the process, but they are in a better sounding state than my original C120/C60's for sure.
I have not divided them into Disc1 & 2 - Just split them after 'Beauty & The Beast' to make a 2CD as this was the last song performed before the interval.

"I had an SLR camera & the close ups were taken with a 200mm lens.
The flash was quite powerful & a few times when Bowie was at stage front you could actually see him blinking when flash went off !
I thought I would get huckled out - but no one bothered !
About the tinfoil - this is interesting - I remember it vividly.
Someone threw up a bouquet of flowers at his feet, he picked them up as you can see in one of the pics I sent, he then carefully unwrapped the tinfoil then dropped the flowers onto the floor & made himself a bracelet with the tinfoil which he wore on his wrist as you have seen in the pic." Stan.
