I am sure someone will weigh in with more info here. This is not an album release & 3 hours of work on this was enough. I am happy to have more information if someone wants to help.

Nothing here ever commercially released to my knowledge. If I'm wrong, please advise & I'll take the offending trax offline.

Cool Sonics Series CSS-053 ::: Thanks to the original taper & the Mr Zingg for reviving this reel & running me a direct copy. As far as I can tell it hasn't been up here before. ::: Corrections welcome ::: > Opening for Cream < What else can I say about this. With only a couple of circulating pre-1969 Terry Reid actual concert recordings, someone may want to check this out. This is not a fun listen, but it's not Terry's fault! The taper is in the bowels of the Rhode Island Coliseum with poor equipment. Musta been damn hard to carry your reel-ro-reel machine into a show! Musta been hard for anyone to open for Cream at that point, even if it was an honor. And it still didn't make Terry a superstar, though I reckon his album "River" oughta be in every cool rock & roll collection - it's one of a kind & the man can groove with the best of them. Wouldn't it be nice to see (or hear) the rest of his set from Glastonbury in 1971! Anyway, if you want Providence, here it is!

More recordings on the way now that I am able to make up for years of slow netspeed. Kudos to Zongo for life support & Lochner for mikes & much more. A bow to Fast Freddie for runnin' Video Dick's Record Emporium with the bathroom office full of tape decks. Thanks to Hanwaker (few among us can keep his pace) for over 30 years of trading & friendship. Mountains of gratitude to Davmar, D.White, Sanchez, Elliot, The Florida Kid, Kloiber, Zingg, JTW, Bershaw, Boston Gold, Weeks, Dixon, Moore, Gough & SO many more for all that collecting & sharing... Royal thanks to The Man In The Palace, Doc Tinker, Brinkhoffs, Barely Eatin', Reel Master Gaule, Parrish & all the traders who housed me thru my music acquisition & travel years. Hats off to Brother Kent, Uncle Jake, Little Queenie (& her neighbor Frank) & his honor Ptomaine Thomas. Glasses raised to Byron for musical horizon expansion & much obliged to J & Thurston for keepin' my concert fires burnin' since my continental shift. Thanks to the Mods for keepin' DIME alive. Enjoy, share, give, spread peace. Yers truly, Kneesfudd
