Fierce Pup VU fanzine says: "not so rare except the Star Spangled Banner which, if the liner notes are to believed, is a rejected rendering of the anthem which was used to open the shows. Unfortunately, the liner notes for this particular set are amusingly inaccurate, ex. Chelsea Girls listed as Nico and Lou '71 is really Nico and her guitarist playing on the '80's BBC special on the Chelsea Hotel."
