"One thing about that recording that is not generally known is that
although it is listed as 'live at Mangels', which would be Cyril's
house, the fact of the matter is that it was recorded in Danny
Mihm's living room. He lived down by the beach, 48th Avenue I
believe, and this is where we rehearsed. A friend of mine, Walt
Zaks, now a doctor, came over and ran the tape machine while we
recorded. He, as well as Danny's living room, have never been
