Notes

David Bowie
When Gravity Fails
Liberated Bootleg (Various live performances from 1971 - 1978)

Lineage: Vinyl -> Audacity -> FLAC (Level 8) -> MWP

This is an older bootleg I've had in my collection for a few years, and there's definitely some recording hiss on some of the older tracks and some vinyl pops here and there as well. Recording quality improves on the newer material.

Each side is presented as one big FLAC file - live material (especially the early stuff with lots of announcer voice-overs) are hard to break up in a way that makes everyone happy, so I leave it as an exercise for the listener to trim and fade the tracks to your liking. Some minimal amount of click removal and amplification has been done already, but all fade ins/outs and cuts in this torrent are exactly as they came off the record.

Volume 2
(The In Concert session includes some noticeable background noise and includes the announcer doing song & personnel introductions. This was recorded prior to the release of Hunky Dory; some songs have different lyrics and of course Bombers didn't make it onto the album; some songs are sung by guest singers like George Underwood & Dana Gillespie)

B4: It Ain't Easy (Jam with Marc Boland)
B5: It's Going to Be Me (Jam with Marc Bolan) (it's announced as a new song but it's only ~1 minute long, possibly a failed take or just an incomplete recording?)
