From FLAC files received in a trade. The broadcast included album tracks and incidental music, as well talk about the time and weather, all of which I have edited out.
Original lineage:
MSNBC TV Cable Broadcast > VHS Master > HBB850 > CDWAVE > FLAC
I used xACT v1.71 to extract the files to one WAV file, and SoundStudio 3 to edit out copyrighted material, add fade ins/outs, and split to new tracks. Then back to FLAC level 8 (verifed) with xACT again.
