When it comes to "Little Games" it seems that you either love it or loathe it. Sure, it's certainly not their most polished album, but on the other hand it does contain some elements of brilliance. "White Summer" and "Only the Black Rose" are certainly not tracks to ignore. And let's not forget Jimmy's violin bow on "Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Sailor" and "Glimpses"!
As many Yardbirds fans will know, most "mono" copies of this album are actually stereo (some sources cite over 80%)! This copy contains the true mono versions of "Little Games" and "Drinking Muddy Water" and while the rest may be folddowns , the album certainly packs a nice punch in mono form!
