Hi Folks,
as I reported yesterday (2010-08-29) on yeeshkul! I bought a copy of the Best of Tour 72 boot (1st pressing) and got the feedback that there might be some demand for a 24/96 transfer of it.
So here it is.
Tracklist should be well known, if you don't know: Go somewhere else to inform yourself greenhorn, hehehe...

Equipment used:
Thorens TD-166 Mk2 with Denon DL-103 mounted
Dynavox TPR-2 Tube Phono Preamp
RME HDSP 9632 sound card
Samplitude 11 for recording and speed correction
Adobe Audition 3 for declicking
I used "In Rainbow Light" by the great wromanus/heywood as a reference for speed correction instead of reinventing the wheel. That made an overall speed-up so it remains true 24/96.
Sides 1 and 2 were spliced together so "Mortality Sequence" runs through without interruption.
The speed problem in Money/Us and Them was NOT corrected.
The original sleeve and the labels of Side 1 and 2 with Matrix Number were scanned at 600 dpi and are included in the torrent.

Very unusual for me: No NR, no EQ and no dynamic compression was used on this one.
