Rec. Info:
Audience recording of unknown origin, but definitely very low gen., maybe 1st or 2nd. Most likely taped with an AIWA CM30 mic.
This cassette (TDK SA90) -> playback on NAK DR3 -> Olympus LS11 (@ WAV 16/44) -> SD card -> HD -> WeTransfer -> my HD -> Audacity (edit/volume balace and boost only!) -> WAV 16/44 ->
TLH8 -> FLAC -> DIME -> YOUR EARS AND MIND...with the ribbons...
This is a really fine recording,the overall is excellent on this,the vocals and instruments are clear in the mix, but...there were sooo many cuts in between, and once also inside a track.
I removed and smoothed a few of those, as the original taper stopped the machine several times annd didn't get it started in time for the introductions. But besides the mentioned track,
no music is lost. Another great find from the cellar below the garage of SEETHELIGHT7's home, where the big spiders are coconing on and on and on...

Woah! I always wanted to do a CACS show here on Dime, and after a few years wait it's time it! This australian-german band was a favourite of mine in the late 80's/early 90's, and their
"Shine" album was a frequent listening back then. About a week later as this show happened, I experienced them myself at Bielefeld's long gone (but not forgotten) finest concert venue,
the PC 69. Though memory has become a bit hazy after 25+ years, I remember that I liked the show very much, most likely because of the performance of their excentric but very charismatic
lead singer, Simon Bonney and his "irish witch" companion of those days, Bronwyn Adams. Ah, the glory daze of youth...
Anyway, as the setlist is about the same they played on almost every show on that "Shine" Tour, the versions of each song will differ from each other, given different location and audience,
as well as different mood swings of the band. Guess you want to hear it? So join in and enjoy! SB.
