That previous version is from the Liberated Bootleg "Flying High", Empress Valley Supreme Disc (EVSD) label, where this offer is from the Liberated Bootleg "Turku, Finland Soundboard 8-22-71", no label.
Honestly, these are almost identical (just from different Liberated Bootlegs), which I believe the non-label version is a knock-off of the EVSD version.
This is not a RESEED, but is a newly prepared 2013 offer.
I'm always looking for uncirculated, alternate versions, upgrades, etc., of anything Jeff Beck.
