- An interesting recording. This date came to me with two file sets. One set is a half step higher in pitch than the other. This set is the set that is the lower in pitch of the two.
- This version, LL88 most closely matches the track timings supplied by Peter Losin. The sound is cleaner also so I would assume some editing has been performed on this version which has made it easier on the ears as some of the distortion has been cleaned
up and the levels adjusted.
- What a night to be at birdland. The sound is good on these, and the playing is very nice. This is a true piece of history. Hit play, take yourself back and enjoy. The biggest flaw on this for me was that it was too short.
