This was recorded during their brief reunion (January 1974 until April 1974) following their
Christmas 1973 split. David Robinson was not interested and had already returned to LA to join
The Pop, so Jerry recruited his former bandmate Bob Turner (from his pre-Modern Lovers band The Walkers)
to play drums.
There are three covers here. Johnny Too-Bad was from the Harder They Come Soundtrack which was
very influential for Jonathan. Hey Good Looking is performed a capella.
Boston, USA is a rewrite of Willie and the Hand Jive with different lyrics.
New England Summer Song and Falling in Love Must Be Two Ways were recorded with Kim Fowley for the
LP, but have never been released.
There are three new songs here with "uncertain" titles. I used the titles from the cassette I received,
which sound like they might be accurate. Interestingly, "Take a Walk" sounds just like
something from the Velvet Underground's Live 69 LP.
