Thanks once again to JEMS for providing the WAV file. I used Audacity to split into tracks, repair or smooth over a couple dropouts, fix a few minor clicks and crackles, and repair a couple tape squeals. There's a tape flip in "You Belong To Me" at 0:42, about 30 seconds are missing.

Notes:
JEMS master recording. This is a reasonable sounding recording capturing Elvis Costello & the Attractions on the sixth night of their "Wake Up Canada Tour" in November 1978. The sound is better during the first 24½ minutes (through 0:46 of "Lip Service"), and thereafter is somewhat muffled, as if the mic was lowered from view. It's all quite listenable though. Check the samples. Elvis name-checks Hamilton at 0:46 of "Pump It Up" just before the band intro.
Additional notes:
- dropout repaired in "Mystery Dance" at 0:08.
- "This Year's Girl" has two brief dropouts at 0:10 and 0:34 -- not repairable, smoothed over with brief fades.
- "I Just Don't Know What To Do With Myself" has 1 second of slight tape rumble at 1:27.
- "You Belong To Me" - tape flip at 0:42; about 30 seconds missing (most of the second verse).
- two tape squeals repaired in "Pump It Up" at 0:32.
